About
A bit about me.
I spent three years building Inect from early stage through to acquisition by Panenco in early 2026. Before that, five years at HPE in enterprise sales, working with large organisations on how they buy, evaluate, and make technology decisions. I now work at Panenco as a product manager and business developer, and take on a small number of freelance engagements through Harrivds BV.
After university I joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in an enterprise sales role, which gave me a deep understanding of how large organisations buy, evaluate, and make decisions. I then moved to Inect, a small AI startup in Leuven, where I joined as COO. The company grew from early stage to acquisition, which Panenco completed in early 2026. I now work at Panenco as a product manager and business developer.
One of the things that genuinely excites me right now is what AI is doing to software development and to business more broadly. Not in an abstract, hype-driven way, but in the practical sense: how it changes the way software gets built, how it creates real efficiency gains inside organisations, and how it opens up better ways to serve customers. Businesses of all sizes are still figuring out where the real opportunities are and where the noise is. That's a conversation I enjoy having. But it goes beyond AI. Digitalization and a strong digital foundation can be an accelerator and a differentiator, allowing people to spend more time on what they actually do best, supported by the right technologies.
I set up Harrivds BV to take on freelance work alongside my role at Panenco. The projects I enjoy most are the ones where business and technology overlap and where there's a real decision to make, not just a task to execute. I like working collaboratively and tend to be more useful in a conversation than in a document.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means I'm actually involved in the work rather than managing it from a distance. And where relevant, I bring in the right people from my network, including technical specialists, developers, and other domain experts, to help bridge the gap from ideation and strategy to concrete implementation.
